Elite Towers, LP (“Elite”) was formed in 2010 as a joint venture to engage in the development of high quality wireless communications sites on Long Island and nearby areas. Our goal is to develop exceptional wireless communications sites while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, professionalism and product knowledge.
Elite has identified and built alliances with major industry players and crafted wireless site development programs that deliver untold value to both carriers and property owners/municipalities across the Northeastern U.S. For property owners and/or municipalities, Elite has created a new revenue stream that delivers 100% profit. For carriers, Elite reduces the exorbitant expense associated with the time and costs of in-house tower site development. Acting as a strategic business partner to both stakeholders, Elite forges win-win propositions that generate significant revenue and while limiting the impact of tower proliferation and visual clutter to communities.
Elite offers these services by drawing upon the talents of highly skilled employees and partners, which include site acquisition and zoning specialists; civil, structural, electrical, and radio frequency engineers; tower erectors; and heavy equipment operators. Elite also maintains affiliations with the New York Wireless Association, the New England Wireless Association, the New York State Association of Realtors, and the Long Island Board of Realtors.
Elite Telecom Partners—owned by Tanya Negrón and Justin Saper—is a tower and telecommunications infrastructure company engaged in the ownership, management, and development of high-capacity telecommunications towers. Formed in 2010, the company develops wireless telecommunications tower sites in Long Island and the state of New York along with a host of other services including leasing of antenna space; third-party marketing, management, and leasing of building rooftops and related structures; and network services (i.e., network design, site construction, antennae installation, augmentation, and maintenance).
